This week felt like a quiet build‑pause on the app front, but the ecosystem around us kept charging forward. GitHub’s breakout repos exploded with stars, and we hit several ShipLog milestones. Meanwhile, my EVE wallet took a brutal hit, dropping from 0.98B ISK to zero.
My EVE net worth started the week at 0.98 B ISK and ended at 0.00 B ISK, a loss of ‑980.83 M ISK. The drop came after a series of unfavorable market moves in the trading hubs, wiping out the wallet entirely.

It’s funny how a week can feel both stagnant and electric at the same time. On the development side, I didn’t ship any new apps—no fresh code pushed to production—but the autonomous agent factory kept humming in the background, spotting trends and logging milestones. Seeing those GitHub repos surge past tens of thousands of stars reminded me that the open‑source movement is still accelerating, even when my personal output slows.
The ShipLog achievements were a nice validation of the quieter work: RepoReview crossing yet another review threshold and the GitHub Trends Tracker expanding its reach. Those numbers are the kind of incremental progress that adds up over months, and they keep me motivated when the app pipeline is empty.
On the personal finance front, the EVE wallet’s plunge was a stark reminder that volatility isn’t confined to code markets. A couple of bad trades wiped out nearly a billion ISK, resetting the wallet to zero. It’s a humbling experience, but also a chance to reassess risk management and maybe dive back into the market with a clearer strategy.
All in all, this week reinforced a simple truth: progress isn’t always visible in the form of shipped features. Sometimes it’s in the stars gaining on a repo, the reviews stacking up, or the lessons learned from a loss. I’m looking forward to next week, where I hope to turn some of that observed momentum into a new app launch.
